Apartment on the Untertrave

Your apartment is located in the old town of Lübeck in a very beautiful brick house from 1750 with a fantastic view of the museum harbor and the Trave.

You live very centrally. The pedestrian zone as well as the Lübeck sights can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The theater ship, the music and congress hall and the old Lübeck theater are just as close as the Hansemuseum and the Marzipanmuseum

It is important to us that you feel comfortable with us!

That's why you won't find any discounted furniture with us. We set great store by quality and an attractive design. All furniture was bought new and not used.

A total of three 44 m² apartments with living room and bedroom are available. All apartments were completely renovated and refurbished in 2014 to a high standard.

kitchen
 
The Nobilia fitted kitchen offers all the comfort you need for self-catering. It contains a fridge-freezer (AEG), a dishwasher (AEG), an oven (AEG), a ceramic hob (Smeg) and a sink with single lever mixer (Franke). Of course, there is also a coffee machine (Melitta), a toaster, a kettle and an egg cooker as well as sufficient dishes, pots, cutlery and glasses. You can eat right next to the kitchen on a dining counter (125x80 cm) with 4 bar stools. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room with a washing machine, a clothes horse, an ironing board with iron and a vacuum cleaner and all the necessary cleaning agents.

wardrobe
 
There is a cloakroom cupboard with storage compartments, a mirror and a shoe rack directly opposite the kitchen. There is also an umbrella stand in the entrance area and a mat for the shoes.

living room
 
The heart of the living room is the high-quality leather sofa bed with ottoman, so that you can comfortably stretch out your feet while watching TV. You can put your drinks on the large coffee table. For your entertainment, a new Samsung LED TV with 102 cm screen diagonal and 400 Hertz is available. You can receive the programs from Kabel Deutschland, including some foreign channels.

You can listen to music with a Bose or Yamaha system. Of course, you can surf with us free of charge and also use Smart TV.

For the hot days, a Dyson fan (Air Multiplier 07) is available between the living room and bedroom.

bedroom
 
In the bedroom you can enjoy the comfort of a sturdy double bed with two mattresses and slatted frames. For your clothes you will find an additional wardrobe and a mute servant. You live very centrally, but still reasonably quiet. This is ensured by new 48 db windows in the bedroom and living room.

bath
 
The bathroom with shower was also completely renovated to a high quality. In addition to a permanently installed hair dryer, it has very high quality equipment (Laufen, Keramag iCon, Keuco, Grohe).

Generally
 
The floor was replaced, as were the doors in all rooms, and the apartments were equipped with design lamps (Flos, Slamp, B. lux). New white curtains hang from the windows, which also darken.
