Holiday house Eda with outdoor pool in the holiday resort Vrsi - in North Dalmatia is only 5 km north of the famous town of Nin and 20 km from the city of Zadar. The family-friendly 4.5 room holiday home on 80 sqm with a terrace of 16 sqm, outdoor pool 5 x 3 m is suitable for up to 6 people. The tiled house with 2 shower rooms consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, a living area with couch and a covered terrace with marquee and view of the pool. The house also includes an open well-equipped kitchen with kettle, filter coffee machine, large fridge with freezer, an oven as well as 4 electric / gas hobs, ironing board and iron and an LCD satellite tv with international programs. The W-LAN connection and the air conditioning are available free of charge. Pets are not allowed in the non-smoking house. A parking space and lockable storage room for bicycles is also available free of charge. Use the washing machine and relax in the outdoor pool in the privacy-protected courtyard.

Loved this property and location

A well-needed family trip away. We went to chill and explore beaches while finding food to enjoy. It had all we wanted and more. Vrsi is a great jump-off point for many local destinations like Nin, Vir, Pag and going into Zadar. Locally it had a bakery, bar/café and market within walking distance. The beach choice within 10 mins drive is the best we've had in Croatia, rocky for snorkelling, pebbly, and sandy! Great for kids to play in without any fuss. The property was clean and well situated. The rooms were superb with ample space for families or groups. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. Although this property is next to a road the location is so quiet you don't notice it. You have tons of privacy from anyone wandering by. The host was always on hand to help and assist whenever needed. As a family we highly recommend this property.
