Child-friendly non-smoking apartment on the ground floor, suitable for max. 4 people, with their own terrace and garden furniture. In the combined living-dining room with television, DVD player and radio / CD player, the kitchenette including Integrated dishwasher. In the bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), with insect screens on the windows, the comfortable beds are already made. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

On an approx. 5000 sqm plot with lots of rest and play facilities, 2 apartments for 2-4 people are available in a rural idyll for your North Sea vacation. All apartments have a complete and family-friendly equipment as well as insect screens on the windows of the bedrooms and leave nothing to be desired. Children have almost endless play possibilities on the huge area: sandpit, trampoline, slide, swing, pedal cars, pedal cars for 4 or 6 people, space to play football and of course there are animals to touch and stroke on the premises, the wild sheep are waiting for new acquaintances ,

Süße Wohnung für Familie mit Kind

Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr liebenswürdig in Empfang genommen! Auf dem Grundstück wohnt ein älteres Ehepaar, die ebenfalls ganz reizend und hilfsbereit sind. Die Wohnung im EG war für uns, besonders für meine 4jährige Enkeltochter perfekt...Türe auf und raus auf die Wiese mit Sandkasten, Schaukel, Klettergerüst und Trampolin. Allerdings befindet man sich dort gefühlt mitten im Nichts (Natur pur und absolute Ruhe)! Mindestens Fahrräder sind erforderlich, um "ins Leben" zu kommen!!! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung/Küche bietet alles Notwendige. Dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche eingepreist sind, ist ein Vorteil, den wir sehr schätzen. Einziger Nachteil...es ist relativ hellhörig. Im EG hört man jeden Schritt, der in der oberen Wohnung getan wird. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder eine Wohnung dieses Vermieters buchen!!!! Ob in Nordwerdum, Werdum oder Carolinensiel bleibt abzuwarten.
