Fresh North Sea air, a terrace surrounded by greenery, and relaxing days on the island—welcome to “Deck 1” on Wangerooge.

This holiday rental in the historic “Haus Rinelde,” freshly renovated and modernised in 2024, is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway on the island—whether as a couple or a small family.

The furnished terrace invites you to enjoy your holiday outdoors: in the morning over breakfast, in the afternoon with a good book, or in the evening with a glass of wine.

The bright living room with an integrated kitchenette (including a 2-burner stove and a hot-air fryer) offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. A smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a radio with Bluetooth ensure entertainment and music tailored to your tastes.

In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm) and plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. A smart TV and Wi-Fi are also available here. For families with a small child, there’s room in the bedroom for a travel cot, keeping the living area clear and available for play. In the living room, the high-quality sofa can be quickly folded out into a sleeping area with genuine bed quality for two additional people (160 × 200 cm) if needed. During the day, the sofa can be just as easily folded back up, ensuring there’s still plenty of space even when more than two people are staying.

The terrace is shared by two apartments in the building; there is ample seating available for both.

Children’s toys and outlet covers are included. A cot and high chair can be added to the reservation for a fee. In case of bad weather, a selection of popular board games is available to pass the time.

The apartment features a living area with a kitchenette (approx. 13 m²), a separate bedroom (approx. 12 m²), and a bathroom with a shower (approx. 3 m²).

If desired, the apartment can also be booked in combination with the “Deck 7” holiday rental (www.deck7-wangerooge.de), allowing up to 8 people in total to enjoy a group holiday at “Haus Rinelde.”

North Sea holidays in a central location close to the beach!

“Haus Rinelde” is situated in a quiet yet central location on Wangerooge. From the train station, you can reach the house in just a few minutes on foot. A practical advantage: You can first store your suitcases comfortably and dry in the entryway and then walk to our WFV office—about five minutes away—without your luggage. There, you’ll receive the apartment key and all important information about your stay.

The beach and the promenade are also just a few minutes’ walk away. Wide sunbathing areas, beach chairs, and various recreational activities await you here during the season.
On your way to the beach, you’ll pass a bike rental shop as well as small supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants on Zedeliusstraße—the island’s lively main promenade.
