Awesome House With Jacuzzi in the Heart of Miami

Conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport and car rental center in the center of Miami. Perfect for families, couples, and small groups looking for a private home. Location is no more than 20 minutes away from most of Miami's popular locations . A quick Uber/Lyft can get you to Wynwood, Miami Beach, Downtown, Brickell, and Little Havana. The neighborhood is quiet so you can enjoy the spacious backyard with your small group.
The Space has unique decor and spacious areas. A huge backyard with a 30 foot Oak tree for all day shading. The property has smart TV's in all rooms as well as super fast WIFI. Comfortable beds in both rooms with a sleep number bed in the master bedroom. All cooking essentials including air fryer and instant pot. Hot tub outside with adjustable temperature. Plenty of parking space to park 2 cars in the inside the gate and 3 outside.
Guest access
Guest have private access to the complete property. This includes the back yard and Jacuzzi. There is plenty of parking in front of the property inside the gate as well as near the sidewalks.

Property is exactly as described. The neighborhood is very quiet and lovely. The house was clean and tidy. Hot tub is a nice bonus. The property owner was awesome to communicate with and responds quickly.

Location!!

Perfect place for our family. This house is located near everything that we wanted to see. Just a short drive away! Museums, zoo and sea aquarium. Jorge was a great host! He answered our call on the first ring! And walked us thru the check in process. We had a really nice time there. Will definitely stay there again when we get back to Miami.

Great place to stay

The bungalow was perfect for my friend and I to stay when we came to Miami for UMF. It was close to Bayfront Park and there was a parking spot right in front of the house for my rental car. Each of the two bedrooms had a tv and closets. Central A/C was really nice oppose to wall units like you see in most hotels. The kitchen had everything to be able to cook something and there was even coffee for us in cupboard. The backyard is so nice, there's a patio with comfy chairs, grass & hot tub. Hot tub was epic, has the LED lighting & you can adjust the temperature. Best part is Jorge your host, super-nice & is easy reach if you have any questions, would absolutely stay here again.

Great spot close to Calle Ocho

We went there to have our own small house with a backyard in a quiet neighborhood and have most amenities that goes with it. It did not disappoint! We were very happy with the place and it is well maintained. For just two or three, it is fine. The back yard was neat and very relaxing after a long day. Only drawback we encountered was that the nearest grocery store was not just around the corner. But that was fine, we ate out most places, but if you want to have most food at the house and don't have a car, then plan ahead. So, that's minor. All else it was fine for us. We would definately stay again! Thanks, Jorge!

Hot tub

The house itself was lovely. I rented this location because it had a hot tub. The hot tub would NOT get above 97 degrees. The owner came out once and sent a technician as well. The tech was not able to do the repair to get the hot tub above 97 degrees. When I contacted the owner about a partial refund considering the place was more expensive due to the hot tub, he said no because I could have soaked in the cool hot tub still. My life has been extremely stressful recently and I was looking forward to a HOT soak. I rented a more expensive location with that expected. When I told him I only wanted a partial refund, not a full refund, he just stopped responding. Had I known the hot tub didn't work I wouldn't have rented this house at all. It is directly under the take off path for the airport. If you need to sleep early or want to sleep late or want a hot tub that actually gets hot, this is not the place for you.
