holiday home were damp and moldy

In the holiday home it was damp and moldy. We couldn´t stay there longer, because moldy is very dangerous. The terrace was not nice and very tiny.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Fragen wurden direkt beantwortet und die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar.Was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren die Außenanlagen, die eher ungepflegt sind, so dass wir unser Auto nicht unproblematisch ein- und ausparken konnten. In der Wohnung ist Feuchtigkeit, die es in der Wohnung klamm und muffig riechen lässt, auch wenn man Schränke öffnet, so dass für uns kein Wohlfühlen entstanden ist. In den Ecken der Wohnung und unter dem Bett war Schmutz, die Küchenutensilien, besonders Schüsseln und Töpfe wurden vor Benutzung von uns gereinigt. Außerdem war der WLAN Empfang nicht so stark und stabil.

Die FEWO lag an einer steilen Hangstrasse, dass war für uns zu steil ( 70 + 78jährig) um zu Fuß zu gehen. Die Wohnung ist groß und optimal eingerichtet. Die Gegend traumhaft. Der Ort selbst nichts besonderes. Allerdings die umliegenden Orten.

Urlaub bei Familie Wertz

Die Umgebung in Mörlenbach ist schön, die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet. Aber es ist alles feucht dort, sogar die Bettwäsche. In der Küche fällt der Putz von der Wand aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit. In den Schränken riecht es äusserst muffig, z. B. wenn man Geschirr oder Besteck rausnimmt. Schimmel drückt an der Küchenleiste durch. Wir sind Asthmatiker, diese Wohnung ist gesundheitsschädlich. Wir möchten mindestens 150€ Entschädigung erhalten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Willi Sollberger

Wir waren ein Wochenende dort und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit. Nette Vermieterin, sie hat uns noch viele Tips gegeben, zwecks wandern und essen gehen in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung hat noch einen kleinen Aussenbereich, den durften wir mit benutzen.
