Our lovingly furnished apartment is located directly in Ebermannstadt in a quiet residential area.
They live on the 1st Floor in the attic of our house. The newly furnished (2019) and cozy apartment is your starting point for all activities.
An invisible roof loggia with a view of the Wiesent valley and the hills of Franconian Switzerland invites you to relax. The open and spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen and tiled stove offers the best relaxation even in bad weather.
Living area - studio: here cooking, eating, living is combined in a bright and spacious area. Two comfortable sofas with light real leather upholstery, SAT_TV, dining area with bench and 2 chairs at a dining table make cozy hours and play afternoons with family or friends special memories.
Look from the seat of the tiled stove through the panoramic window to the roof loggia and over the surrounding landscape.
Bedroom 1: a box spring double bed 1.80mx 2.00m with two side tables, a spacious sliding door wardrobe, a wicker armchair
Bedroom 2: a double bed 1.60mx 2.00m with storage space, a small wardrobe, an old farm chest, a chair
Oil central heating ensures well-tempered living at all times
Tiled stove: We are happy to light the tiled stove on request before your arrival. You will receive cozy warmth even on cool days. We provide the necessary firewood for consumption during your stay
Kitchen: refrigerator, stove with 4 ceramic hobs and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, egg cooker, kettle, microwave
Bathroom: shower, two sinks, toilet, mirror, hair dryer
Guest toilet: there is an additional guest toilet on the same level
Roof terrace: 4 chairs around a round table, a couch and an ashtray for smoking guests
Stay up to 4 adults + a toddler in a travel cot; Travel cot and high chair for the little guest can be provided on request
Included in the price: heating costs, electricity and water consumption, 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel per person, tea towels and bed linen

Rundum empfehlenswert

Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit der Vermieterin war top. Begrüßung und Einweisung in die Wohnung standen dem in nichts nach. Das Vermieterpaar ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Herr Liebel ist ein exzellenter Kenner der fränkischen Biere.Auch die Gespräche über Fußball und andere Themen haben viel Spaß gemacht. Die für zwei Personen sehr geräumige Wohnung ist liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Küche ist für Selbstkocher sehr geeignet, es fehlt nichts.Von der Loggia hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Die Wohnung liegt zu Fuß eine Viertelstunde vom Zentrum entfernt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Der Rückweg zur Wohnung führt dann steil bergauf, eine kleine Herausforderung nach dem Genuss der Ebermannstadter Gastronomie. Der Ort bietet alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Familie Liebel empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Außerdem einen Balkon mit einem tollen Ausblick in die Fränkische Schweiz. Wir waren zu viert dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir wollten uns eine entspannter Woche in der Fränkischen Schweiz machen und haben genau das gefunden. Besonders gefallen hat uns die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, perfekte Sauberkeit, die gut ausgestattete Küche, der Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht und der Kamin. Gemütlich und komfortabel

Sehr schöne und freundlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster usw. alles vorhanden. Bequeme Betten und 2 schöne Couchen zum Entspannen. Mit dem Kachelofen wird es kuschelig warm. Auch die Essecke ist sehr bequem. Reiseführer, Wanderführer uvm. sind vorhanden. WLAN funktioniert bestens. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
