This beautiful bright penthouse apartment (approx. 71 m²) is located on the 7th Floor of an apartment building in a central location and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a loggia with a phenomenal view.
In the immediate vicinity you can reach a grocer and a baker (<300m). Schweinfurt Central Station is only 1 km away. A parking space is available to you free of charge during your stay in the underground garage.

The bedroom has a large king-size bed (1.80mx 2.00m) for 2 people. The large light-flooded living room is equipped with a large couch and a TV and offers space for 2 additional sleeping guests. On request, due to the size of the living room, an air mattress could also be used as an additional bed for 2 people.
