Apartment 19:
The luxurious apartment has about 55 square meters of living space and is located on the ground floor. The living area with open fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area has access to the terrace and an unobstructed view of the North Sea and the green Oberland. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200) and there is a sofa bed (140 x 180) in the living area. WiFi, and two TVs with flat screens are available. Bed linen and towels are included and will be changed for longer stays. Bathroom and toilet are separate.

Gate to the Sea is a new construction project with a total of 26 residential units. All apartments have either a roof terrace, balcony or terrace, high-quality furnishings, underfloor heating and regulated ventilation. Several apartments are available for renting to guests. There is currently a construction site on a neighboring property. Modular houses were built there. This can lead to annoyance from the noise of the construction machinery. The construction project is expected to be completed in spring 2020.
