Three story beach villa which features 3 air conditioned bedrooms that accommodates up to 6 people, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom. Spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen, recently renovated. Cozy backyard balcony, great for breakfast and brunch. Washing machine and dryer. Parking spot right in front of villa. The beach is right across the street. Recreational facilities include pool, children's pool, basketball court and playgrounds. Villa is part of gated complex with private security guards.
