It is rare to find such an attractive property in this well-kept condition in the Coburg district. A magnificent, free-standing monument from the year 1900 that will delight you. The spacious property was not completely fenced until 2018 and equipped with paved parking spaces. The sunny garden and the terrace areas open to the southwest and offer you and your family additional, protected outdoor living space in summer. The house has two floors that offer enough space - holidays in the country in harmony with nature. All rooms in the stylish ambience are generously cut and flooded with light.
In the house there are 3 apartments, also a perfect option for families who want to spend the vacation with other families or friends.

Leider nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen

Wir haben hier ein langes Pfingstwochenende verbracht (bei Pfingst-Preisen von über 100 € die Nacht) und uns leider nicht wohl gefühlt. Es mangelte an Sauberkeit (Spinnweben hinter den Türen, nicht geleerter Mülleimer in der Toilette mit Hygieneabfall vom Vormieter etc.). Auch erwartet man als Urlauber eine gewisse Grundausstattung, wie Spülmittel und Salzstreuer und mehr als eine kleine Mülltüte für 5 Tage. So muss man alles noch mal extra kaufen. Auf dem großen Grundstück, an einer vielbefahrenen Straße gelegen, mit vorwiegend Rasen kann man es sich auch nicht gemütlich machen, da es schlicht an bequemen Sitzmöbeln fehlt. Eine unbequeme Metallbank und -stühle sind alles. Und auf dem Rasen kann man auch nicht liegen, da der Rasenroboter unentwegt unterwegs ist. Davon abgesehen fühlt man sich dort nicht sonderlich wohl, ist das Außengelände doch von 10 Videokameras überwacht. Überall kommt man sich beobachtet vor. Nein, diese Unterkunft können wir wahrlich nicht weiterempfehlen, auch wenn es die 18 positiven Bewertungen in den letzten 2 Monaten (so viel Wochenenden gab es in der Zeit nicht mal) suggerieren wollen…
