Witra, 1200 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The newly renovated house with its own garden allows you to enjoy the tranquillity at an altitude of 1200. There is also a separate garden area with a 1.80 m fence so that dogs can run freely on the property. Quietly situated on the edge of the forest, it is a great opportunity to go hiking, biking, or take long walks with the dog straight from the house. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 1 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking on the property, on the road in front of the house and at a car park in the village (distance 1 m). The car is parked free of charge directly at the holiday home.
