Our fine apartment for two can be found on the ground floor. It consists of a living room / bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have windows. The apartment is modern. A quick conversion from sofa to bed is not a problem. Enjoy the evenings after the hikes in the apartment in a cozy atmosphere. It is equipped with a sofa bed, armchairs and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen has a large equipment with everything you need. Oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available. Behind the house is the large sunny terrace where all guests can relax. Sufficient chairs and tables are available. Multiple grills can be used. Of course, towels and bed linen are included. Because of the size, dogs are not allowed in the apartment for two. Your dogs are welcome in the other apartments.

At the foot of the Königstein Fortress you can take a vacation in wonderful old walls from 1872. Lovingly furnished apartments await you. In front of the house the Biela splashes through the valley and behind the house the fortress rock rises. Enjoy the comfort in the apartments and the sun on the large terrace behind the house. Choose from apartments of different sizes according to your needs, from small apartments for two people to apartments over two floors for up to eight people. My job is to make your stay here a complete success and you will keep the Saxon Switzerland and my holiday home in good memory. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and flat-screen TV. Bed linen and towels are of course included. A convenient check-in via a key safe enables you to travel flexibly and independently. The apartment Treppchen and the apartment Königstein are equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. In addition to the apartment for two, you are very welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. One-time fee of € 10.00. Enjoy free WiFi in all apartments.
On-site costs: Upon receipt of our booking confirmation, the usage contract is concluded. This means that 20% of the rental price is due as a down payment. The remaining amount must be transferred up to 14 days before the start of the trip. If you have to cancel the booking and cannot provide a replacement person (s), we will charge a processing fee of € 10.00. We strive to find replacements. Should we not be able to do this, we will have to charge for default costs: • up to 3 weeks before the start of the rental: 20% of the total rental price • up to 2 weeks 50% of the rental price • up to 2 days 90% of the rental price
