Das Ferienhaus und die Umgebung sind eigtl. sehr schön. Die Räumlichkeiten hell und angenehm für eine Familie mit zwei Kinder zu nutzen. Nur ist das eine oder andere technisch mal instant zu setzen. Der Balkon ist grenzwertig, dass Geländer könnte glaube ich abbrechen, wenn sich eine erwachsene Person dagegen lehnt. Die eine oder andere Lampe geht nicht. Das Internet hat vorsintflutliche 6 MBit. Der Fernseher ist ein kleiner Computer-Monitor. Man braucht ja kein TV und LTE Empfang ist gut !

Es könnte so schön sein...
Das Objekt selbst ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Balkon im Obergeschoss braucht dringend neuen Boden und Handlauf. Alles aus Holz, sehr schön, aber brüchig und zum Teil wachsen Pilze aus den Bohlen. Unschlagbar ist die Lage, ganz wunderbar. Somit ist der Ort zur Erholung und Ruhe finden wirklich zu empfehlen und eine kleine Sanierung würde ich lohnen.
