This light and bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen), large sectional, a vaulted ceiling living room, comfortable furnishings, a private patio and direct access to a very private community pool with views of the mountains and fairway directly behind the end unit condo.

MCC is a private gated community with 24/7 security, beautifully landscaped grounds and great access to several fun activities.

The condo is within minutes of several public golf, tennis and pickle ball facilities. We are also locate within minutes from El Paseo shopping district, theater, exceptional dining, museums and the living zoo. This newly update condo has everything to make your stay memorable.

The condo is 15 minutes from both Coachella and Acrisure Arena.

Property is immaculate and the location is perfect. We are very familiar with Monterrey CC and this is definitely a GREAT location. Inside is pristine and perfect for a relaxing stay. We loved the very close proximity to the pool. We will be back!
