We have built a “wintering house” for you so that you can implement your wishes and goals and you no longer need to get cold feet when it comes to the price. It is located in a very quiet residential area at the foot of a large property that borders a nature reserve.
The free-standing "Pon-Pon-Sito-Haus" offers an air-conditioned living room, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a large covered terrace on which the outdoor living room and the dining room are located.
In addition, you have an additional sun or star terrace and a wonderful outdoor shower.
By the way: the large and the small pool in the tropical garden of Don Genaro are at your disposal.
