About this property

The spacious 3-room apartment with one bathroom in the heart of the Old Town (Ogarna street) overviewing the Old clock of the City Hall.
In the kitchen you can use the main clock of the City Hall :-)

It consists of the living room (1) with a dining area, sofa, armchair and two single beds, a bedroom (2) on the attic with a king size bed, single room (3) with a single bed, well-equipped seperated kitchen and a bathroom with shower cabinet, brand new smart washing machine and a toilet.

It is located 100 meters from Long Market and the Neptun fountain - strict centre of the city.

Bus and tram stops located ca. 50 meters away: direction Railway Station, MUG and Gdańsk Tech. Fine Arts Academy within 5 min by walk. It is fully furnished and equipped.

Price 950 EUR , incl. central heating (+bills: water, gas, electricity amounts ca. 40 EUR per person, dependently on real consumption). No animals. Available already from September, 26th, either till the end of March or end of June 2023.

Schön, aber laut wegen Baustelle vor dem Haus

Die Wohnung war ok, aber wir hätten gern vorher die Information gehabt, dass die Strasse eine Baustelle ist, in der ab 7:00 h laut gearbeitet wird. Dafür hätte der Preis niedriger sein sollen.
