We loved the space of our room and the pool was great.

We love the space of the room, but it was definitely outdated and the showers had cracks in them and it was not as clean as I had hoped but we did enjoy our stay

Extremely disappointed.

Just spent a week at this 'resort' with my family and mother-in-law. For the price per night we paid I was shocked at how run down this place is and how little accommodations there are. Besides the pool, a large rental space, and a decent location this place was a dump and definitely NOT worth the price/night. Here is a list of some of the things that were frustrating. No cots available. They had playpens but while checking in another guest was returning the playpen because it was still soiled from the previous user. No entertainment room with pool tables like advertised. No parking for larger vehicles. No housekeeping if you're there for less than 7 nights. It was dirty. There's no regular housekeeping, you have to call and request a clean and you only receive one if you are there 7+ nights. Even after we did receive our scheduled housekeeping clean the floors were still gross. It smells TERRIBLE in hallways and room. Nothing to clean the suite ourselves. Only one dish drying towel, and one old sponge. With 3 children our place was a disaster after 2 days and we had no way to vacuum etc. The stove and dishwasher weren't working on our first day there. There's limited things to cook with (pots, cooking utensils). Bathtub was falling apart, and the shower head sits at 5 feet. My 6' 2" husband had an interesting time showering. Also, VRBO host did not communicate with me while we were there.
