If you like to fish, you can fish right from the beach anytime you want. We've pulled huge fish out of that water, and lost lures to even bigger ones our rods couldn't handle. You will catch sometime, guaranteed.

Front door has a combo lock, you will be sent a code the night before check in. Code will only be operational during and between the times of Check in and Check out.

Early check in and check out will be considered on a case bay case basis and determined by availability. When available it will be offered in 4 and 8 hour segments.

I am always available for questions, I typically respond pretty quickly. Call me with emergencies otherwise only time I am not quickly responsive is between 9pm and 7am, when I am asleep.

Windmark North - Brand new neighborhood. Neighborhood is a Gulf front neighborhood however only about 30 properties back up to the Gulf (like Mine). ITs vacation, treat yourself to an amazing view and stunning sunsets night after night you can only get at a west facing home like mine

You will need a car, Golf cart, or bike to get to most things outside the neighborhood. Golf cart is the preferred mode of transportation, then bikes.

There is no parking allowed on the street. Driveway holds 4-5 vehicles depending on size. We extended the parking so 3 cars should fit easily. No trailer parking allowed either by HOA (and there simply isn't room). Overflow parking is coming but right now you'd have to park by the mail boxes.

Upto 2 dogs are allowed. Please do not try to conceal bringing a dog to avoid the dog fee, as there are additional costs (and risk) we incur to allow your dog to stay there, and we simply are trying to cover those costs. If we discover you registered and did not pay for the dog, that violates house rules and you are subject to immediate eviction. This has happened more than once so please just comply with the rules.
