Fantastic views open up on the wooden terrace directly adjacent to the dining area with a view over the sailing and sports boat harbor of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. Harbor cinema and all-day sun are guaranteed and ensure that you never get bored.

Wellness lovers will also get their money's worth: in the private infrared heat cabin with LED color light therapy and a relaxation whirlpool invite you to relax after a walk on the beach.

There is time for creative cooking on vacation - the high-quality kitchen-living room leaves nothing to be desired.

It gets cozy in the living room, because here a cozy seating area invites you to a romantic fireplace evening, not only on Nordic weather days. Toys are available for indoor entertainment and free Netflix access. Underfloor heating ensures cozy comfort throughout the property.

The master bedroom has a great view of the sailing and sports boat harbor of the OstseeResort Olpenitz and a cozy double bed. An additional television provides entertainment here. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together and a fascinating view of the loop. This bedroom is also equipped with a TV.

A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. There is also a charging station for electric cars.
