This four bedroom house has all of the following features:
* Large Rooftop Deck with 360 degree panorama and ocean views
* 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on the 2nd level
* Top floor is the living room and dining area
* Beautiful Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, with ocean view
* Walk-in Pantry with wine cooler
* Laundry area with newer washer and dryer
* 2 Fireplaces
* Air Conditioning
* 3 Balconies, with gas grill on balcony off kitchen
* Garage with storage areas on the bottom level
Will consider pets. There is a $12,000 deposit for use of the property. We will need to connect in advance of renting the property.
