Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway w/ breathtaking views ON Gull Lake! Now featuring a brand new 6 person hot tub and stamped concreted patio area overlooking the lake!

Featuring 4 BD plus bunk room (3 king, 1 full, plus 2 twin-over-full and 2 twin-over-twin custom bunks), 3 BA & sleeps 18. Game room w/ ping pong, darts, foosball, sectional and TV. Gull Lake provides endless opportunities for fun/relaxation, as well as amazing fishing including walleye, bass, northern and more! Explore the shops of Nisswa, golf, get a massage or seek adventure w/ Ski Gull less than a mile away.

We have exciting new amenities coming this fall! We will be adding a boulder retaining wall on the lake side, which will increase the useable space overlooking the lake. We'll also be replacing the firepit patio and walkway with beautiful stamped concrete! One more exciting addition to keep you warm and relax...still working on finalizing those details!

There are 4 bedrooms on the upper level of the home. Three of the bedrooms feature a king bed and the 4th bedroom has a full bed and twin-over-twin custom bunk bed. The game room/bunk room features 2 twin-over-full and 1 twin-over-twin custom bunk beds. Total sleep capactity is 18. There are 2 living rooms with comfortable sectionals and large screen TVs. The upper floor living space has spectacular views of the lake and offers extra comfort with a gas fireplace. The lower level living space includes an electric fireplace for extra warmth and games to entertain. The game room also features a comfortable sectional, coffee bar, large screen TV, ping pong table, foosball and darts.

This is a one of a kind home, with stellar views because the home sits atop a bluff. With a private road and driveway, there's plenty of privacy to enjoy a relaxing getaway! You can relax for your entire stay at home or there is an abundance of activities nearby including the Shops of Nisswa, raceways, skiing, hiking trails, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and more! Paved trails and snowmobile trails are run across the road from the home. Ski Gull is less than a mile away.

Fun on Gull

We had a great fun family experience. Perfect way to spend the holidays with family. The house is so spacious and set up that everyone can enjoy their own space. The hot tub was definitely a plus and we loved the robes😊 Would definitely book this property again!! Thank you!

Amazing Lake House!

The moment we drove up the driveway we knew we found a gem! This home exceeded our expectations! The views of the lake when you enter the front door are spectacular! The home has everything you would need or want! Very well equipped. The beds were so comfortable, many linens, even found beach towels. The coffee station on the lower level great for early risers. It had everything you might have forgotten. The ping pong table was a huge hit when it was raining, as were all the games. The ride down to the dock was really a treat. Caught and released a lot of fish with the fishing pole provided, fun drinks at the little dock table. Can’t say enough about this wonderful place! We’re not tv watchers, but there were a lot of those and lots of places to sleep and congregate. The location to restaurants and fun bars was a plus for us, as well! Thanks for a fantastic week, hope to be back next year! Oh, almost forgot to thank you for the s’mores box! We had a fire in the fire pit one night to enjoy those!
