Parking & Golf Cart Info:
Due to so many large families that like to come, we have added a second golf cart for use! One is a 6-seater and the other one is a 4-seater.
2 Golf Carts Included! We don’t charge extra for their use—we want our guests to enjoy it! However, since they get a lot of use, one may occasionally need maintenance. We work hard to keep them in great condition, but if a service call is needed during your stay, we are unable to provide refunds.
Driveway Parking: Fits up to 6 cars OR 2 boats comfortably.
Street parking is strictly prohibited.
Other Things to Note:
Enjoy a perfectly heated pool—no extra fees! Pool heat is already included in your stay, keeping the water at a comfortable 80°F. If you’d like it even warmer, we’re happy to accommodate! For an additional $50 per day, we can heat the pool beyond 80°F to your preferred temperature.

Seaside Serenity is a peaceful getaway located on a quiet cul-de-sac. For beach days, you will be just 2 blocks from the soft white sand that you can either walk to or take the golf cart for easy hauling. For days you'd rather lounge at the pool, the large, private backyard, inground pool, seating/sunning areas, grill and outdoor fans are also a great. When you walk into Seaside Serenity, the airy, spacious vibe is perfect for spreading out for families or groups.
