Summary:
Welcome to Seaside Serenity, a peaceful getaway located on a quiet cul-de-sac. For beach days, you will be just 2 blocks from the soft white sand that you can either walk to or take the golf cart for easy hauling. For days you’d rather lounge at the pool, the large, private backyard, inground pool, seating/sunning areas, grill and outdoor fans are also a treat.
When you walk into Seaside Serenity, the airy, spacious vibe is perfect for spreading out for families or groups.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a quiet residential one.

Getting Around:
You can walk, drive, take the golf cart or the wagon/cart to the beach.
Please note: we do not charge any extra for our guests to use the golf cart because it's there and we want people to enjoy it. Every now and then it does need some TLC and fixing as it gets a Lot of use. We try hard to be sure it's in great operating condition at all times but if it happens to need a service call while our guests are there we are unable to provide any refunds.

There is room on the driveway for up to 6 cars, that is the maximum. And if not that many cars, 2 boats also fit comfortably.
*Please note: Parking on the street is not allowed at all.

Great house close to the beach

The house was immaculately clean, the owner are friendly and communication is great. Lots of amenities and plenty of space for your family. Definitely a 6/5!

Spring Break

Lovely home with everything you need for a great beach stay. The heated pool was wonderful! Great communication with hosts, very responsive to messages . Highly recommend !

Beautiful property near the beach!

The property was absolutely perfect for our weekend!!! Communication with the owners was excellent. They provided detailed messaging and replied almost immediately when contacted. The property photos are accurate and the outdoor space is beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, outdoor dining, umbrellas over the lounge chairs, and the outdoor seating area with a TV. The interior space is open and bright. The kitchen is well-equipped. And the game room hosted evening foosball and darts tournaments. We selected this property to quietly celebrate our son and new daughter-in-law. Their beach wedding at sunrise could not have been more beautiful and meaningful. The house is in a quiet, residential area yet close to everything. This will definitely be our first choice place to stay the next time we are in the area.
