Daughters graduation

We reserved a 2 bedroom condo with a king, 2 queens and a sofa bed. When we arrived it was actually an extended stay hotel that had over booked. We received 2 rooms with 1 queen each and 2 sofa beds. In addition to not having my family together in one unit, there was no space away from beds to be social and one of my adult sons and his girlfriend were on a sleeper couch. I was so disappointed with the lack of help from “Leavetown” who I guess the booking was through. After several conversations with the hotel management and the company I booked through I was refunded some of my money.
