Why they chose this property

No dull moments in the neighborhood, we will say that it is diverse, multicultural, and going under urban renewal. The place is close to many locations to visit in under 10 minutes! Stores, churches, Public Library, yummy restaurants. We’ve never had a problem with parking or leaving our cars on the street. We are in an urban area, so use your best judgment about walking at night and we do advise guests to not leave belongings in the vehicles. * This place is in a low-income area but we have always felt safe in our area and had zero issues​. We love the diversity that comes from living in an urban neighborhood but it may not be for everyone. *You will not be refunded if you decide on the day of your arrival it’s not for you; that’s a loss for an able guest.
