This cute little studio is attached to our family home in south Anchorage. It boasts a large family-friendly yard and wonderful outdoor space in addition to the super cute and cozy indoor area. This space boasts a full kitchen, laundry, a king bed, and an additional/optional loft sleeping or lounging space. Popping into town for medical appointments? Need a launch-pad for adventuring? Cute and cozy!

We had a quick overnight stay in anchorage and this was in a nice quiet location and had the perfect setup. Everything we needed was available and our host was friendly and responded quickly! Our bed was comfortable and overall enjoyed our stay.

Holiday Shopping Trip

The space had everything we needed! The bed was comfortable, it had a small space to wrap gifts and the washer and dryer made it possible to bring fewer clothes so we had space to pack gifts. The space is super cute with great details.

Perfect place for our overnight in Anchorage.

My husband and I were traveling with our five-year-old and had an overnight stay in Anchorage. We found this little gem and knew it would be perfect for us. It was a quick 12 minute cab ride from the airport and was super easy to find. The host was always quick to respond and provided the most thoughtful touches to make our stay cozy. I mentioned to her that my young son was excited to sleep in the loft and she put a dinosaur pillow up there for him. How sweet was that?! He loved it and it showed the hosts pride in going the extra mile. We will stay here again!

Perfect Stay!

The property was super easy to find, and the host was very communicative and accommodating. Tall ceilings, clean and bright space, and a cozy atmosphere was just what I expected, and my expectations were met 100%!! Thank you to Elizabeth and fam for a lovely stay :)

I am a labor and delivery nurse and enjoy hosting traveling medical professionals and I am also a real estate agent and love to see people find their forever home in Alaska! I am happy to chat with you while you are here....or completely leave you be! I am also a mom of 5 so we stay pretty busy around here!

Why they chose this property

This home is my favorite that we have lived in. The expansive yard is so peaceful! No matter how many I see, I still stop and watch when moose meander through our yard or stop to take a nap. We remodeled to create the set-aside studio space and it was a labor of love. I like to work with wood and got to make some practical items for the space and just had a blast decorating it. We picked a truly comfortable mattress to provide great rest and a seriously great coffee maker for the wake-up! I hope each of our guests enjoy their stay!

What makes this property unique

This is not a cookie-cutter space. It is attached to our busy (sometimes noisy) family home and it's located in a quiet area where wildlife like to stop by. The unique loft area that we created is just a super fun little space that everyone seems to love.
