Stunning Alaskan home in Anchorage on edge of wilderness. Dog friendly.
Our home is 15 minutes from the U/Med District and military base and 20 minutes from the airport, midtown, downtown. A 4.5 mile drive through a forested park with hiking/skiing trails to hill side views on this 2.5 acre private property with the whole house. Peaceful, with stunning views of the city, mountains and Cook Inlet.
Our living room has cathedral ceilings, a dining room with stunning views, a wood stove fire place and great internet/TV. With a great kitchen (gas/convection stove, spices and All Clad pots and pans, etc.) to create wonderful meals. We have two office spaces. One in a large room that is also great for yoga and stretching out and a small, private library with views and a super comfy chair.
1-2 dogs upon approval. Free weights, yoga mats, basu ball, Concept 2 rowing machine, a bike on a wind trainer and exercise bands in addition to an incredible trail system for hiking and skiing.
You will LOVE our home. We are looking for a 3 month rental while traveling. Come, relax, play outdoors and live in our incredible home! More photos upon approval to this seriously interested.
