Vacation on the beautiful island of Tierra Verde. Quiet complex with a pool and a tennis court. Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a large balcony. This corner unit is located on the top floor with views of the Intercoastal waterways.

Walk to restaurants across the street. Located approximately 3 miles from the famous Fort DeSoto Park, 10 minutes to the Gulf Beaches (St Pete beach, Pass-A-Grille beach), easy access to the Interstate, and 15 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg.

90-day minimum rental. Must be at least 25 years old. A rental agreement and background check are required by the condo association.

Great winter get away!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is a great location, close to excellent dining, beaches in all directions, shopping and very quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend!
