Stylish & Cozy 2bed/2 bath with Water Views - Fully remodeled - Near Fort DeSoto

Enjoy and relax in this calm, stylish space with water views of the Bay and a short distance from Fort DeSoto (3 miles - 20 minutes bike ride), St Pete Pier (12 miles - 20 minutes drive), Pass-a-Grille (5.7 miles).

Enjoy the tranquility of Tierra Verde with this recently complete remodeled Condo, with all new appliances, furniture and everything you need to have a relaxing "Home Away From Home" experience.

The space have a comfortable sectional in the living room, a well-equipped full kitchen, one master suite with a queen bed and a beautiful bathroom with antifog mirrors and walk-in shower. The guest suite sleeps up to 3 people with a full over twin bunk bed, guest bathroom with walk-in shower. We also have a few office desks with chairs, if you need a space to study or work from home.

We love bike ride to Fort DeSoto, which is only 3 miles to the entrance, and another 3 miles until the North Beach, our favorite beach.

We are also only 20 minutes drive to the St Pete Beach, which has great restaurants and amazing views.

Pass-a-grille it's a great place to grab a bite watching sunset and a drink, which is a short 5 miles away.

Please note we have Google Hub that is a smart device to help with music, weather, internet search, etc. This device does have a camera, but it is ALWAYS OFF, and the only ACTIVE camera we have is outside of the unit, at the doorbell for vendors when we are not there. You can manually also turn the camera off on the back of the Google Hub, by switching the plug to "camera off".

2. we have 3 smart TV's, with apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc, BUT you have to login with your own access.

3. The condo is on the second floor with no elevator, so you will need to go up one floor in the staircase.

Wonderful family time

This property was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The property manager had superior communication skills and was so prompt to answer any and all questions. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful place, accurate description & CLEAN!

My family had a wonderful long weekend here. It was extremely easy to get in, the place was very clean and organization was great! Easy to access what we needed. The location is great and love having the pool on the water to enjoy the nice breeze. The balcony is also very private. Highly recommend! 👍

Classy, Clean and Top Notch

We were very impressed with all the details this VRBO offered. (clear directions, labels and extra linens, just to name a few) The entire place has been re-done and it all made for a very clean, easy and enjoyable stay. We actually showed it to our friends in the area so they could recommend to their friends and family.

Winter Getaway

Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo is in a great location on Tierra Verde. Easy to get to the beaches and downtown St. Pete. It is beautifully updated, spacious and clean. Parking was easy. The pool was very nice. The hosts are very responsive. We would definitely come back again.

Clean, Comfortable, & Great Location

The condo is immaculate. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet near to the very best the St. Pete Beach area has to offer. Owners are very responsive. Great rental!

We are nature lovers and very outdoorsy people and it is incredible to be so close to Fort DeSoto and Shell Key, that has such amazing wildlife.

Why they chose this property

Bike Rides, Paddle-boarding, jet skiing, kayaking, boating, are just a few of the activities you can do around there. There are rentals for all of those nearby.

What makes this property unique

The proximity with Fort DeSoto and Shell Key, you can be inside the park with a 20 minutes bike ride. You can also launch your kayak or paddle-board right in the community. (not provided, you must bring your own or rent one nearby)
