Great location, min to Downtown St Pete
Welcome to our beautiful one-bedroom, one-bath furnished duplex built within St. Petersburg’s Historic Kenwood (2020 National Neighborhood of the Year.) This duplex only has one floor and has been renovated, it features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a combined living and dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a gas range, a microwave, a refrigerator, pots/pans, and cooking utensils needed for an extended stay or getaway. Patio table seating for 4, with a grill.
Duplex is in a quiet area. We are 5 minutes to downtown St Pete on the North side. We are 15 minutes to the beach. 10 min to USF St Pete. Close to all major hospitals. Parking available for two cars on the side of the house. Includes washer and dryer. You can use the front or back as a sitting area or use the grill for when you do not want to cook inside. The neighborhood is quiet. It is a nice area to bike.
