Welcome to Captain's Quarters PCB!

This Edgewater villa offers the ideal location to experience the perfect beach getaway! Positioned on the gorgeous golf course of the best resort in the area, Edgewater Beach Resort, and mere steps away from direct, close beach access (with a rinse station and private gate to/from the resort for our guests), this two-bedroom, two-bathroom remodeled beauty is one of the most stunning at the resort. RESORT FEE & 1 PARKING PASS INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING- No extra or surprise additional fees.

The main living space is spacious, comfy, and adorned with the most striking stained shiplap ceiling. There is ample seating, smart TVs, large windows and sliding glass doors that open onto a patio that overlooks the golf course.

Two bedrooms + queen sleeper sofa accommodate eight adult guests comfortably with a maximum occupancy of 9. The max occupancy of 9 would require three persons in one of the beds or an alternate sleeping arrangement such as a air mattress (not provided) or sleeping bag (not provided).The master bedroom offers a smart/Roku TV, king-sized bed, patio access through a sliding glass door, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a large inviting shower. The second bedroom includes two queen-size beds, a Roku TV, and patio access. Guests have their own bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The kitchen and dining are ready for all meals and snacks you wish to make; all appliances and kitchen gadgets are available to you.

A seasonally heated pool (one of 9 you have access to) is located just steps from our front door, and our guests have use of the private beach access point. This is a keyed gate exclusively for the use of Edgewater guests in our section of the resort. There is a shower rinse station and it's mere steps across the street to Beach Access #42.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old (at least one guest must be 25+), and pets are not allowed. The required Edgewater Beach Resort Registration fee (and parking pass) is included in your booking. No 'surprise' extra fees for registration/parking with this booking. Guests will be asked to submit a credit card for a security deposit of 300.00. This is a security 'hold' that will be dropped upon check-out as long as there is no damage.

We take cleanliness seriously--now more than ever. We meticulously clean frequently-touched surfaces with CDC-approved cleaners. All linens and towels are professionally laundered between all guest stays. Our floors are triple cleaned: swept, vacuumed and mopped. We value our guests; their health and safety is a priority.

Captain's Quarters is beautifully decorated and clean. I loved the little details that make the home so quaint. It is across the street from the beach, but easily accessible by Tram or a short walk. There are hotel quality access to bathrooms on the beach as well asxa coffee/ice cream shop and restaurant. Best of all is the host, Jeanine. She is willing to help in all ways and easy to reach. We appreciated her so much in planning our trip!

We found Captain’s Quarters in Edgewater Resort to be exceptional, it was well furnished and convenient to local attractions and restaurants at PCB. Plenty of swimming pools available for visitors to relax and swim in. A backdoor lagoon provided a great view of the turtles, fish and ducks. Location is close to Pier Park, a favorite attraction to tourists and visitors.

Condo is walking distance from the beach or if you want to go to the pool instead, there are two pools within walking distance as well . There is tram that will take you to the main lagoon pool with restaurants , ice cream , coffee And bar setup . The condo self is well appointed with all the comforts of home. The condo is amazing and so are the facilities. Lots of beach and pool days. The big pool and beach are a tram ride away. Then the pool outside the condo is steps from the door. Lots of cool towns near Panama City Beach like Mexico Beach and Seaside.

We are Alton and Jeanine, and we are so happy to have you at Captain’s Quarters in Panama City Beach. We have two sons and one grandson. We call Austin, Texas, home, and we are both on our four-year countdown to retirement. We currently share our home with three Irish Wolfhounds which is a sizable downgrade from the three Thoroughbreds and one Clydesdale we owned before moving into the city. We’ve traveled internationally and all over this great nation but a 2017 stay in Panama City Beach sealed the deal, and we knew we wanted to have a second home here. In December of 2021 we purchased Beachview Golf Villa #3103, and Captain’s Quarters was born.

Why they chose this property

Edgewater is unmatched as a resort in Panama City Beach. This particular villa was so striking, large, with a great view of the course, and a private gate to enter/leave the resort to get to Beach Access, we fell in love at first sight!

What makes this property unique

Our villa is ideally located just a few steps from the beach as well as off-resort restaurants but positioned in a quieter section of the Resort. Enjoy the beach activities when you want, but relax in the peace of quiet evenings. The huge lagoon pool at Edgewater is the most beautiful in Panama City Beach--with a full service restaurant and an array of cocktails from a full bar right beside it--a 9-hole golf course, Surf Shop, Starbucks and more, there is no place in PCB that is comparable to Edgewater.
