This updated and stylish townhome is located blocks from the beaches of N. Padre Island. Space abounds with two large king bedrooms, each with private en suite bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs living has a third full bath and trundle beds for additional guests. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, tasteful decor, and a relaxing getaway.

Please note that we have a Nest doorbell camera on the front entrance for safety purposes.

Perfect location to walk to the beach, short drive to restaurants, the pool was very convenient for my little one. It was very relaxing 😌 all beds were very comfortable as well!

This condo is really nice with everything you need. Everything is so well maintain or even new that you just want to take care of it too. The living room is full of colors, it is really pretty. They have fake plants and this is the first time that I didn’t have to put them outside, we are allergic to dust and they were perfect. They have plenty of blankets and everything you need for several days. They have a coffee machine with pods which was fantastic! I really appreciated that you have access to a broom and vaccuum. These condo have access to 2 beautiful heated pools and the beach is walking distance, like really close. The owners thought of everything and we really enjoyed our stay.

We came from Colorado looking to explore Corpus Christi for vacation and stayed at Tami’s for over two weeks. The place was excellent. Very clean. The sofa bed was perfect for our kids. The pools were heated and warm in Dec and were so close and convenient. Tami helped us find fun things to do in the area. We love having no stairs to the front door bringing home groceries with kids and everything. It was also very quiet we were the Only ones staying in the complex most nights. We thought the beds were very comfortable. The ninja cookware was fun too cook with. The place was great we would definitely return. we so appreciated the hi chair, pack n play, and the boogie boards and sand toys. The only suggestion we would have is we had to be super vigilant with our small kids on the stair case. We thought about buying a baby gate but decided not to maybe offering a gate would be a good idea for future families staying with small kiddos. Loved it!

She talked Dave into buying a vacation home here in 2020 and we love sharing it with friends, family, and guests from all over the world. Dave has two kids (Isabel, 17 and Philip, 11) and Tami has one son (Triston, 27). We are excited to share our beautiful homes with you and hope you will respect and love them as much as we do.

We are superhosts of 8 years and pride ourselves in quick communication and kindness. We stay at our place often so we like to make sure it has all of the amenities of home - fully stocked kitchen, laundry pods, even a lime juicer and pizza slicer!

What makes this property unique

This unit is a very short walk to the beach and a pool and splash pad is right out of the back door. The property has stylish decor and beautiful sunset views of Packery Channel/Lake Padre off of the upstairs patio. North Padre is a peaceful beach retreat with a local vibe.
