At over 3,600 sf, this estate is highlighted by two full living rooms, a spacious kitchen, multiple porches and private green space. This 5 bedroom (6 bed), 3 bath home sleeps 12 comfortably. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs, 1 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs. Pullout couch in the main living area!

Other features include formal dining area, overlooking patio, large closets, washer / dryer, arched mahogany doors, mahogany floors and wainscoting, vaulted foyer, Alabama white marble counters, coffee station, pergola covered outdoor cooking area, garden and covered porches.

We've also stocked kitchen with a Moccamaster gourmet drip coffee maker, granite pots and pans set, a Dutch oven, and a retro designer toaster.

Guest Access:
Free parking is available street-side on Oak Ave, N. Bancroft, and Section St.
There is a gravel drive on the back side of the home from N Bancroft that can accommodate vehicles as well.

We loved everything about this property! The only thing about not giving this property a 5 stars for cleanliness was that we felt the carpet in bedrooms need deep cleaning or replacing! Otherwise this property is absolutely perfect!! Thank you

Home was awesome. The only recommendation I have is for lights on the front and back porches so you can sit out at night. Owner was responsive when the smoke alarm started beeping.
