One of a kind property in the heart of downtown Fairhope. You have access to the whole house, carport has a lit seating area, ping pong table and Bicycles are there for your enjoyment!

Parking is somewhat limited. Two vehicles can fit under the carport. You access the unit by using the stairs that are connected to the carport.

I am always available. I live minutes from the property and I am happy to help with any requests that you may have.

In the heart of Downtown Fairhope. Bike or walk to all of the shops/restaurants.
5 min bike to the Mobile Bay for a one of a kind Eastern Shore sunset!

We have 4 bikes on site. Guests can walk to just about anywhere in town.

Absolute best house right in the heart of downtown! Well appointed & super clean! Loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants with ease. And a very attentive host made our experience so easy. Couldn’t recommend this property more, & we will definitely stay again!

Best location in Fairhope, no need for a golf cart. Our host,Billy, was super helpful and commutive, and ensured that we were enjoying the amenities. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and more. Simply lovely, we would stay there again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was convenient in downtown Fairhope - easy walk to shopping and restaurants but tucked away for a quiet stay. The home was clean, well decorated and had nice amenities. Our host Billy stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and provided very nice welcome happies. We would stay here again and recommend the host and location

This property was just perfect for my family staying from out of town for our daughter’s wedding. Her reception was right across the street at The Venue and it was in the best location for a Fairhope stay. The host,Billy was the best we have ever experienced as far as hospitality, easy to get a hold of and of course the wonderful “extras” that made us feel like family. I said 5 stars, but really 5!Highly recommend!

Tasteful and well furnished!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The furnishings and the decor are tasteful and yet very comfortable. This is the nicest VRBO I’ve ever had the occasion to use. And the location is perfect.

It was an absolute joy to stay here this week. The place was even nicer than the pictures and description online. Billy was a great host - extremely attentive and made sure we felt welcome. It’s in walking distance to everything. If you love Fairhope, you’ll love this place.

Beautiful home in the perfect location!

The house was beautiful and well equipped with all our needs and then some! Perfect location with walking distance to downtown. The host was amazing and not only made sure we had everything we needed but also spoiled us with some special treats to great us!! We look forward to staying there again!
