This house has it all! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private pool, patio and fenced in backyard. Enjoy open concept living space, vintage Terrazzo floors, and plentiful outdoor space. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled and the master bathroom features dual sinks and a garden tub! The large screened-in lanai area allows for outdoor dining, entertaining, and swimming.
Centrally located, within 20 minutes or less, you can be in downtown Sarasota, downtown Bradenton, the beaches of Anna Maria Island, Lido Key, SRQ Airpot, and University Town Center, making this home the perfect location for everything!

The backyard pool can be heated upon request for a daily fee of $20 (rec b/w Oct to May)
The entire house is for guests to enjoy, accept for the garage. Driveway is big enough for 2 cars. There is NO street parking or on any lawn area.
While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood, and loud music will not be tolerated. Please be respectful to our neighbors.
