10 Stag Lane - Family/Dog Friendly Cabin, across from tubing hill and SHARC

Welcome to our relaxing family and dog-friendly cabin. With vaulted ceilings throughout and a fully-stocked kitchen, you can be assured a comfortable and unique experience. Located near Sunriver Village, within sight of the tubing hill and across the street from the SHARC, you can experience all the activities it has to offer. This home has 6 bikes for your use to ride throughout Sunriver and a hot tub to relax you when you are done. This home includes 6 SHARC passes and is a 1/2 mile walk to Sunriver Village.

This home has two bedrooms (sleeps 6 in beds) and a loft, two full baths and a two car garage with room for one car at the moment. The living room has a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a flat screen TV with streaming and Blu-ray player. The main bedroom, has an ensuite bath and queen Nectar mattress. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The loft has two twin XL beds. We also have 2 self-inflating twin air mattresses and bedding. The air mattresses are in the loft, inside a wooden chest.

There is a folding desk in the closet of the guest bedroom. It includes a dedicated outlet, power strip, swivel-mount monitor, lamp and an office chair, but not terribly comfy. Laptop not included. It also has a Fire TV streaming stick.

There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen should have everything you need to cook a full meal. We have a coffee maker and a Keurig in the pantry.

We now have a Hold-em style poker table hanging on the wall in the garage, and it includes 10 folding chairs. The ping pong table has been setup in the garage and there are string lights hanging from the rafters.

Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

Well-behaved dogs welcomed, limit of 2 please, pet fee applies.

There is a doorbell camera that records when motion is detected and a live-stream can be viewed remotely, real-time, any time of the day.

Please do not allow dogs on the furniture. We have dog blankets for those pets who insist on it. Pet hair is time-consuming to remove from furniture.

Checkout: Time permitting: We ask that you straighten up a bit, start a load of towels in the washing machine and a load of dishes in the D/W.

Great property and location

We stayed several days in their wonderful little home. It was very clean and well stocked. The location is fantastic. You can walk to Sharc and the Village in just a few minutes. We will definitely stay there again.

New Year stay at Sunriver

These is a lot to say about this property and it is all good. So will Be short: This is very clean nice small house that can easily fit 8 people. Fully stocked kitchen (they even have food wrap), nice fireplace (gas but looks like real wood one), very functional loft with 3 beds - ideal place for kids. Location - really across the former tubing hill - very convenient for winter stays. Memory foam mattresses. Home organization - rooms/space organization is not boring, but easy to navigate. Extremely responsive owners that informed us about everything. I highly recommend this property.

A True Cabin

We really like the cabin experience when we stay in Sunriver. This property provides that. Lots of wood in and out, and a warm stone fireplace. Very comfortable floorplan that offers a front deck with hot tub and a back deck with a good view of the woods and the tubing hill across the street. Also good deer watching from the back deck. Furniture, flooring, bedding were all clean and comfortable. All kitchen appliances were new, or newer. Took awhile to find all utensils. But we found everything we needed. 5 bikes were available in the garage. We did use them, but we still prefer to bring our own. We do hope to stay here again on our next Sunriver vacation. Also, the homeowners are easily accessible and responsive. Many thanks for a great experience!

We are Mike and Lindsay with 2 teenagers. We grew up in Oregon, West Linn and Corvallis, respectively. We currently live in Tigard.

Mike has always wanted a mountain cabin and Lindsay has always wanted a Sunriver home, this property really foots the bill for us.

What makes this property unique

We love the living room with river rock fireplace, vaulted ceiling and the entire house has vaulted ceilings - even the closets. There's plenty of unique features from when it was built
