About this property
Waterfront 2 bed, 2 baths, 1364 sq ft, views of Mt Rainer, Seattle, and more.
Relax in this waterfront top floor apartment with spectacular views of Seattle, Mt. Rainer, and the water. Sit back and enjoy the sound of the waves breaking as you take in the view from the large balcony, or head inside and relax in the jet tub. Feeling adventurous? This is a great place for kayaks, standup paddle, and boating since the boat launch is only a 2 minute walk away. Next to the boat launch is a nice park with a small sandy beach. Just a ferry ride away from Seattle, book today.
This is the top unit in a triplex where each level is its own apartment. The next door neighbors on either side are close since the homes are waterfront. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom (there is no door to separate the room from the bathroom, but there is a small hallway and a walk-in closet to separate the spaces for some privacy). The second bedroom is close to the second bathroom. There is a small laundry room. The kitchen is a good size and is open to the living room. The workspace/desk area is in-between the kitchen/living area. There is one parking space for your vehicle, but a long-bed pickup truck or longer (such as a trailer) would need to be parked on a side street.
The triplex and neighboring waterfront homes own the private beaches in front of their houses. Houses are close to one another and people enjoy their privacy and personal space, so we ask that you respect this during your stay. Generally we find that guests enjoy staying in the apartment and on the balcony, but there is also a public park with a small beach and public docks just 3 houses down. Great for launching your kayak, standup paddle, boat, or other water toys - or if you just want to relax on the water.
Manchester is a neighborhood within the city of Port Orchard. This small neighborhood is made up of a post office, a hair salon, a public library and Pomeroy park that has a nice small sandy beach, and the public boat launch, all only a short (2-4 minutes) walk from the top floor apartment.

This was our second time at this stay. Absolutely beautiful home and area to stay while we visited our kids and grandkids. The home is cozy and the views are breathtaking. Thank you to homeowners as well. They are just amazing.
The place was amazing and the view was incredible. We will definitely stay again. We appreciated the extra blankets for the deck and parking. The only suggestions we have is to add a dresser in the 2nd bedroom and the mattress in the second bedroom was concrete hard.
Sister getaway to sit by the water; it did not disappoint. Beautiful sunrise/sunset, otters, sealions(?), eagles, cranes, etc.Super clean, spacious, excellent communication with the host.Would be 5 stars, and my only complaint is the beds were not comfortable.
Our stay was fantastic! Absolutely loved everything about this VRBO! It was so relaxing and quiet. Owners thought of everything. Even had a baskets of throw blankets to use on balcony.
OMG…The View!!Worth every penny for the balcony and view alone.Very spacious, we had been staying in smaller rentals in Vancouver, BC and Portland; it was so nice to have room to spread out.Very clean and quiet. The sounds of waves lapping against the shore lulled us to sleep in the comfy king-sized bed. Would defiantly return and highly recommend.
Second time staying here. I need to plan longer stays!

Loved the deck with outstanding views. We were surprised on day three to return and see Mt Rainer. My brother in law would not sit in the house. He spent every minute on the deck enjoying the views. The house was very inviting and cozy. Well stocked. We were not in need of anything. Thank you to both Luke and Tiffany.
Beautiful apartment with view of Puget Sound and Seattle
Lovely and roomy apartment with beautiful views! Well appointed, comfortable and a great spot for us to spend time exploring the area with nearby family! Owner was so helpful and easy to work with. Hoping we can return very soon!
This is my second time staying at this property. The views are amazing. The master bed is very comfortable but the second bed is a bit hard for me. We stayed 3 nights and did some cooking this time. Bare minimum for spices, salt, pepper and a little olive oil is provided. I would definitely suggest that basic spices like garlic powder, onion powder, paprika etc be available. A very nice keurig coffeemaker with coffee and non dairy creamer and sugar is provided also. We saw seals, bald eagles and heard there were some orcas in the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. (The Boat Shed Restaurant in Bremerton is a must)
The apartment is great. The view of the water, the Seattle skyline, and Mount Rainier are incredible. The sound of the water lapping on the beach is completely relaxing. The sun comes straight into the main bedroom each morning (black out curtains are there too), and then sitting out on the deck was a dream. The King bed is very comfortable. Cups Cafe and Expresso is right across the parking lot, and they do do very good breakfast and lunch food (recommende the ring of fire!)
I’ve stayed at this property twice and hopefully will be able to stay again. The location is lovely with beautiful views of Seattle and the islands. It’s clean, comfortable and adorably decorated. The kitchen is well appointed. Can’t wait for another stay!

Thank you for the kind words, Terrie and Earl. It’s been a pleasure hosting you two!
Gorgeous views of Puget Sound and Seattle skyline. Didn’t need to leave, we had everything we needed. Incredibly clean. Comfortable beds and linens. Great seating for family movie night and watching the ships from the covered deck. All the amenities and nice touches. Will be back! Truly a gem!

Had a wonderful time visiting friends and family. The location was perfect for relaxing and getting around to see the sights!
Condo was clean and homey. Great!
This home is beautiful both inside and out. The views of Seattle and Mt. Rainier are amazing. The master bedroom allows for such a serene view of the sunrise. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in this area.
