The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with a 6 burner gas range, dishwasher, dual sink with garbage disposal, and pull-out spray nozzle. The large kitchen island provides seating for your little sous chefs to help not to mention endless counter space for preparing meals.

The open-concept kitchen to family room with direct access to the hot tub and deck, make this a perfect space for entertaining or living at its best! The 70-inch Smart TV, games, books, and seating spaces with plenty of surface space, allow for multiple family activities to all happen in the Hub of the Home.

Off the Eastern side of the kitchen, the cool and natural tones welcome your guest to an entertainment space to impress, with formal dining room for 10 or more, formal living room and sunroom with direct access to gardens and hot tub. Here you can conduct meetings or have a family dinner. Stop by Tanglewood Winery or Holland Estates and pick up a local bottle of wine before dinner. Welcome guests into the natural cool tones of the living room with local artist Mary C. Sailors painting of Lake Michigan is featured.

Retire in luxury and comfort in the beautifully designed bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, you will find the Master bedroom with private bath with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. You will feel like the star you are when you step into the walk-in dressing room and closet right off of the bath. You will feel like you have entered your own dream world...because you have. Down the hall, you will find another full bath with a tub, a kids' bedroom with 2 twin beds, a second office bedroom with a day bed with trundle, and another King bedroom.

Checkers or Foosball anyone? Head downstairs to our finished basement with a full bathroom for game night. Pop on Netflix and chill in our 3rd living room, made for comfort and fun. Week in Holland

Overall impression of this property is 4/5. This is a very large, nice home that was able to comfortably accommodate my large family! The location of this home was perfect! It was no more than 15 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go, minutes to most activities! The backyard was also amazing which the kiddos (and adults) loved! There were a couple items that kept this from a 5/5. The listing says community pool and fire pit however this is slightly inaccurate. There is no fire pit, and the pool is a drive away and you need to pay for admittance. Also while the host was very responsive there were a couple touches (welcome basket, info booklet for property/area in residence, check out procedures) that would really be appreciated upon checkin. This home also allows for animals so if you don’t like pet hair this may bother you. Overall this is a great home in a great location which facilitated a great Holland family trip.

Great property and responsive manager!

Such a spacious and beautiful property! The number of beds was perfect for our large group. The dining room was great for meals and playing board games. Foosball and chess in the basement were fun, too! The kitchen had all of the pots, pans, plates, bowls, et cetera that we needed. The grill on the back porch was useful, as well. The property manager was very friendly and responsive! She responded to all of my questions quickly. Instructions for check-in and check-out were communicated clearly and in a timely fashion. She even had the dining room table set for us before we had arrived and DoorDashed more dishwasher detergent to us when it ran out while we were there! Overall, an excellent weekend stay! Thank you!

The owners are Z and Em. a beautiful young family from Arizona. This home was a gift from husband to wife in 2022 to give her a place for family and friends. Em grew up in the area and still has family nearby.

This home now serves as the family hub for vacation, work, and of course play! This family is the epitome of the work-play-live lifestyle. Z uses the whole home as his office! You might find him working in the hot tub, or a Zoom call on the sun porch, and the dining room becomes his conference room. Both offices provide both parents with a private space to work.

Family is the most important thing to this family. They have created a space that exudes love and light. Z and EM welcome you to their Holland Oasis.

Why they chose this property

While both are career parents with a growing business, they put family first. The home had to provide a true work-life balance for them. It was important to them to offer guests a multi-functional home

Kids have 2 acres in the middle of the city, on a safe, cul de sac, offering opportunities to play a local favorite, Capture the Flag or good old tag! A game room, and family room offers multiple spaces for the kiddos to spread out and just have fun! All while giving our adult guests a much needed chance to enjoy the other unique features of this glowing home.

There's nothing like a local glass of wine or beer on the deck with friends. The hot tub is there to offer you a lux way to enjoy the sweeping nature gardens that surround you.

Parks, great schools, and privacy while being in the city with quick access to Lake Macatawa and Lake Michigan were all reasons our family chose this brilliant, open home.
