HORRIBLE!!!
This was my worst experience with vrbo ever!!! We were supposed to check in at 3pm owner didnt send entry code until 4:30 left us standing in cold and rain until he finally sent code! Then once entering the kitchen utensils were so grimey and tons of trash outside floors were gross bedding stained smelled like stail cigarettes!!! We psyed trip insurance so we chose not to stay then owner refused to refund!!! We never stayed went to Marriott for much less!!! He had the nerve to try to charge me another $250 im guessing for cancelation?? I even tried to negotiate that i would pay for first day,( going the extra mile)but to refund followering day ,which he also refused to do!!! He actually pretty much confirmed the accommodations were sub par when he said" my budget was too low if i was looking for luxury accommodations in Vegas for less than what i paid" hahaha i paid over $800 for a 2 day stay! Yet the Marriott i couldve stayed all week for same price! He was completely unreasonable! Also the accommodations were to be for 8 people yet only had 4 beds we were not trying to sleep together so im guessing that he assumed 4- 6 people would sleep on couch,mind you not sofa sleepers hahaha so renters beware this guy is running a scam the pics he posts are very selective,you should see the home outside as well was horrific, windows need changed and weeding and cleaning outside has not been done in forever!!! I would not drink a glass of water from this place much less cook there!!!
