Great spot for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Coffee maker with PLENTY of coffee- not a Keurig, which is a total plus in my book! Well stocked kitchen, including dishes, pots/pans, and spices for cooking. Garage with opener was a plus, too. We were surprised how quiet it was because it is so close to the freeway. Comfy beds, and plenty of space to relax and play all the fun games!!

We enjoyed our stay here at this VRBO It’s was priced right and close enough to everything on the Vegas strip. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location, great host

The location as it relates to the proximity to the freeway and things to do was great. House was spacious enough to accommodate 2 families of 4, so 8 people total. Available pool/ping pong table and foosball table really made the stay great for the kids. We did not utilize the backyard space or grill but it was very spacious. Host was very flexible and accommodating with certain circumstances we had, and was also very friendly and responsive. Would stay again :)

Weekend getaway

The property was accommodating with everything we needed during our stay. Depends on what is going on, but the Uber rides to the strip or downtown were reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay 😊

Lots of space for a big group, convenient location!

Overall, this place was great! Lots of room for our large group of 10 to spread out and plenty of space for everyone. The property seems to need some repair, but that didn’t have a real effect on our stay, as everything was in great working order. The master bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan, so it did get very warm

Vegas getaway!

Was in town for a convention and our wedding! The place was taken care of and the owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. The only negatives I have are the place needs a lil cleaning (dusting and such) the master bathroom has a extra shower head but it can definitely have overspray to the outside and there’s no fan but there’s a lil window. The neighbors have some dogs that can be a bit much but they tend to chill out after a while. The negatives don’t out way the positives and would stay again.

Comfortable home

This house worked well for our family of five and a dog. We spent all of our days in the Red Rocks National Conservation Area and did not partake in downtown Vegas activities. It was an easy drive from the airport and lots of access to grocery stores and more. The neighborhood is obviously being rehabilitated and the house has an alarm system which could scare some people away. We felt very safe. The sitting area and beds were comfortable. The place does need a deep cleaning but superficially is clean. The host was responsive. There are plenty of pots and pans and the appliances all work. More dinner plates are needed. It was fun to have the pool table, ping pong table and fooze ball table but be warned that all have seen better days. We would definitely stay in this house again. If you are flexible, it is great. If you are picky, you might have issues.

Not what I expected, but maybe my expectation was too high for the price.

The place was not very clean. After waking on the floors in our socks for an hour, you can see how dirty the place that was just cleaned that morning was. The a/c air intake had hair on it. The a/c in one of the rooms was not working at all and one other room had minimal air flow also. The third room was cool enough. In the kitchen, the rice cooker that was advertised was not onsite. The places was outfitted with smoke detectors, but their green ready light was not on so I suspect the system was not operational. I did not try to test the system myself since I had young kids with me. Overall, we were disappointed, but in after thought, we chose a cheaper priced listing.

This property indicated it could house 10 people. Specifically 6 adults and 4 children. Though there were only 6 adult's in our party there were not enough towels, toilet paper and paper towels. I was trying surprised by the poor planning. The layout of the house is nice but unkempt. It was not cleaned appropriately. The backyard is just cement slabs and the patio had not been cleaned in sometime so unable to utilize that area.

Overall, we had a great day. The proper tea is very nice and clean. Very spacious. The AC system works great. We were very comfortable. The only criticism I have is that dangerous step up as soon as you enter. It’s invisible and a real safety hazard. I would think that it could be a liability for you as well. I’m not a carpenter, but I would think there would be some way to build a ramp, fill in that space, or at least paint it to draw attention to it. If it were me, I would have a professional professionally made sign on the front door, saying watch your step. A real danger to anyone over the age of 60. But we had no accidents so we’re grateful.
