Can’t say enough about how much of a positive experience this was to stay at this house.Very clean and beautifully decorated.Owner was responsive to all of my emails and was a quick trip to charlotte motor speedway for my event.Highly recommend this to all renters.

This place was super clean and so cute inside! It’s located in a really nice neighborhood! A lot bigger in person than it appears in the photos. Yvonne was very accommodating and provided an extra blanket upon my request.

Sweet cozy apartment with lovely interior decorations and everything we could need for a long weekend stay. We asked to check in an hour early and the host was very gracious to allow, she even checked in with us the next morning to make sure we had everything we needed.

A tidy, clean and well appointed apartment located on the ground floor of a home in a residential neighborhood. Occupants enter by walking a stone path to the rear of the home. Lovely wooded backyard makes for a nice view from back patio. The host is first rate. Very communicative and kind. Ideal for the two night stay we had. We would return if back in Concord area again.

My husband stayed here to visit our son and to attend the NASCAR race in Charlotte. As soon as he arrived and got settled, he called me to say this was by far the best place he’s stayed in the past 2 years. He couldn’t stop raving about it. The location was ideal for everything he needed, and the home itself was beautifully maintained and extremely clean. It was stocked with all the essentials, it was spacious and was very comfortable. The owner sent clear instructions and informed us with all pertinent details prior to his check in. He would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect spot, great amenities and spotlessly clean!

We visited for the Spartan Race at Porter Farms and this was the perfect location for us. 16 minutes fromvenue and close to town. Quiet neighborhood, perfect space that has anything you would need for a couple of nights stay. Coffee and some condiments were provided (Nice touch!) Comfortable, modern appliances, decor, etc. This unit is the lower portion of someone’s residence but it was still very private. Would stay here again, without hesitation, if we come back to the area.

Cute place, very clean. Few things to consider: Only paper towels are what is left on the roll. No dish soap or hand soap. There is plenty shampoo and body wash. No stove, oven or dishwasher. Sofa is not very comfortable but ok. We purchased food to cook without realizing there is no stove. That is why I mention the stove. The mattress is probably a full which was small for us. Overall, I would recommend staying here but be more prepared than we were.

Hi Deborah, In response to your 4 star review, if you had read my amenities, it showed there’s no stove or dishwasher. Even if you didn’t read it and queried, I would’ve informed you, like other guests ask. There is a built in dish washing soap dispenser right next to the faucet, filled with at least one quart of dawn. The paper towel was plenty for the few days, but I’m always available for guests if they need anything additional, as I state in my welcome information.The sofa is a futon which is why it’s a bit firm but that’s for when I have more than two guests. The bed is a queen size since it measures 60”x80”. Hand soap is in the dispenser on the bathroom vanity. I did message you after you checked out about the shampoo by the kitchen sink but you did not respond. I’m sorry your stay was not as great as my other guests enjoy and I do apologize for that. Regardless, thank you for choosing my space and taking care of it.

We were in town with my band Orquesta K'che for the Boricua Fest 2022 (music festival). We ddidn't want to drive back so we spent a couple of nights at the property...it was great, clean, neat and comfortable... if our travels take us back to Concord, would stay there again!!!!
