You will feel right at home as soon you enter this 3 bedroom Enclave Townhome. The home has a large recently remodeled kitchen, dining area with seating for 12, big living area with sectional seating for the whole family and a beautiful modern gas fireplace. There is also a fun shuffleboard table in the living area because who doesnt love a little fun while on vacation? There is a half bath located on this level for convenience.

Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The large main bedroom has a King bed, twin sleeper sofa and a desk for anyone that needs a little quiet to get a few emails out before hitting the slopes. This bedroom has a giant closet, so plenty of room to put your suitcases away and not be stepping over them your whole trip. The attached bathroom has a double vanity, large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a full bathroom with shower/tub combo with the third bedroom. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids, it has a twin over Queen bunk bed and a small TV. The full size washer and dryer is located on this level for your convenience.

The home boasts free Wifi, a nice front deck for enjoying that Colorado sunshine and a private garage with shelves and tons of room for your gear in summer and winter! Parking at this home is not an issue, there is room for a car in the garage and depending on the size, an additional 2-3 in the driveway. The neighborhood has a community hot tub available for guest use and in the summer there are many beautiful walking paths easily accessible from the home. Just a short walk away is a free Steamboat City Bus Stop where you can hop on and be taken to the ski area and back or you can transfer and ride all the way downtown if you want.

The townhome is located at the Enclave which is a quiet community located not too far from the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. The neighborhood is a good mix of year-round residents and folks enjoying a Steamboat vacation. It is quiet and the perfect place for a peaceful Steamboat getaway. The place was perfect for two families (4 adults and 4 kids ages between 6-13). It was clean and in a good location to get to the gondola. It's a little sparse on the kitchen items for the number of people it sleeps, but overall a great stay.

Roomy condo close to ski slope.

This condo has plenty of room for our party of six. The kids enjoyed the shuffleboard and the adults were happy with the location. A kitchen with plenty of cabinets for whatever supplies you bring and equipped with everything you need to cook if you want to.

We had a great time at this property. Management was easy to contact and they helped to solve all questions. We didn’t realize that hot tub/jacuzzi wasn’t on the property. Clean, spacious, big table to have meals together.

Spring Break

We rented this beautiful home for a spring break ski trip. The home was more than adequate for a large group. Everyone had their own space any time they needed it. The spacious kitchen was ideal for large meals and the dining room table was perfect for not only eating but games. The shuffleboard table was a novelty and fun way to spend evening hours. This was everything we could’ve asked for.

Just what we were looking for!

This place in steamboat is excellent! Everything from the space, cleanliness, location and all the items you would need were there. My husband and our friends came up for the steamboat gravel race and this house suited us perfectly. The garage was amazing to have especially with bikes. Everything from the shuffleboard to the record player to the kitchen appliances and utensils was thoughtfully placed in the house. We would for sure rent this place again!
