The house is located in the small and peaceful village of Trifillianika. The house has a breathtaking view of the ocean and the Peloponnese. It features a spacious living room area, a dining room, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with respective bathrooms and one independent guest room with a bathroom. The courtyard and the outdoor area have a dining area and a barbeque area. The building has been built in line with local traditional architecture. It is fully furnished and carefully decorated with selected objects.

The house is fully equipped featuring a TV, a DVD player, an Apple tv, free wi-fi internet, an i-pod dock station while there is a housekeeping option. The house can be rented as a whole throughout the year for a minimum of a week and can conveniently accommodate up to 6 people. An ideal place for a family vacation or a romantic escape.

It is just 25mins drive from the port of Kythira, 'Diakofti' and 15 mins away from the airport. Most of the beaches are 15mins drive from the village.

Great accommodations, excellent location

My wife and I really enjoyed your home. We had a couple of guests and we all had privacy. Very comfortable LR/DR and useful outdoor patio. 20 minute walk into Potamos village square for cafe, shopping, bank etc. Also 15 minute drive to several incredible beaches. We'd do it again!

sehr schönes, klares Ambiente ! Absolut wohltuend !

Sehr liebevoll renoviert, es wurde an viele schöne Details gedacht. Es herrscht aufgrund des Einrichtungskonzepts eine wohltuende Klarheit in allen Räumen. Alles war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet einen unverbauten Blick in die Natur; der Innenhof ist quasi ein weiterer Raum....

A beautiful house on a lovely island

It was our first time in Kythera and we could not have picked a greater house on a better location. Tryfilanika is very near Potamos, the largest village on the island and close to the main crossroad from where you can reach every corner of Kythera. The house is comfortable, spacious, excellently furnished with everything one may need on a Greek island holiday (including the essential air-condition units!) and amazingly comfortable beds. Water pressure was a bit of a challenge when more than one of us wanted to shower the same time, but a small matter when it comes to holidays. The food on the island was delicious and I have to admit the locals have been the most friendly, kind and hospitable people we have ever met!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in idyllischer Lage

Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer in einem historischen Gebäude. Es wurde von der Vermieterin hinsichtlich der Ausstattung an alles gedacht. Schöner Innenhof. Das Haus macht einen äußerst gepflegten Eindruck, zudem ist alles sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
