BRAND NEW! Welcome to the Emerald Oasis, a sleek, modern, resort-style private residence. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is nestled in the historic Southwest Village of Old Town, a walk to all things in Old Town and central to Arizona's best shopping, dining, golfing, and hiking trails. You'll fall in love with this resort-like home! It has everything you'll ever need or want when you're on vacation.

• Must be 25+ in order to book.

• NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.

• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

• Full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Not available at this time.

Exquisite home!

This property was perfect!! Design and decor were on point! It was extremely clean, well-stocked, and the beds were super comfortable!! The backyard space was super cute, with the pool, fire pit, string lights, cornhole, and even a putting green. The customer service was excellent as well!! We had a few questions, and the answered us immediately. It was a quick 5 minute drive to Old Town! I would absolutely stay here again!!

Wonderful Property

Absolutely Incredible! We stayed over the Christmas Holiday and love every minute. Beautiful, well-stocked Kitchen. The primary bedroom and bath are very large and have great usable space. The outdoor space is incredible. We loved cooking outside, playing card games outside, and sitting by the fire. It's very close and walkable to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this wonderful property.
