You'll find most things you need within a quick walk - including many restaurants & coffee shops! We go the extra mile by providing an in-stay complimentary clean during your 30 day stay. Don't miss out on the comfort and walkability of our unit!
The Space:
Our newly renovated 1/1 is bright, airy and welcoming upon walking in. The unit has been furnished with West Elm furniture and is fully stocked in the kitchen; including Green Pans to cook with! The new King size Purple Mattress w/ Tempur-Pedic Pillows will ensure a great nights rest throughout your stay. A coin operated laundry room is on the property for easy access to doing laundry.
Outside:
When not at home, walk to some of the many near by restaurants including The Feedery, Aung's Bangkok Cafe, Bosphorous and Cochino Taco. Wake-up too coffee at Grow to Gather or Caribou, both within walking distance. A quick 1 minute drive will get you to trendy Broadway with many more bars, restaurants, and shops to explore. You're only a quick drive to Denver limits and only 15 minutes to Downtown Denver.

Self Check-in Instructions will be sent 48 hours before your stay.
Getting Around:
We recommend a car for greater Denver exploration. However, a lot is within walking distance.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Pets are allowed and we charge a $250 non refundable pet accommodation fare (per month) during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets or a multiple month stay.
Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.
We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
