Such a great place to come an lay your head while staying in CO! Though our stay was short, we felt at home while visiting. The hosts were great and the space was so cozy! We'll definitely be putting this place on the roster for our next visit back!

KCMOh yeah!

This was a perfect spot for a holiday weekend getaway for us. Maggie Rogers and Red Rocks* aside, snag this VRBO if you get a chance. From the jump, the host was very kind, responsive, above-and-beyond respectful, and pleasantly quiet as a mouse. The deck/patio welcomes you with open arms screaming, “let’s hang outside, please” and the bed/living room are cozier than any fancy hotel lobby or bed could ever hope to be. For the record, the couch is almost just as cozy as the bed, but I digress. For us, there was ZERO HESITATION to say, “book it now,” and the pictures do not do the warm feelings and easy stay justice. You will feel like your house-sitting a friend’s house you wished you lived in. You might also find yourself not wanting to leave the patio, with a great breeze and ability to watch the weather change in real-time. Simply, beautiful and relaxing. Thank you, tenfold! 11/10 WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN! *What an easy UBER RIDE btw!

Nice condo! Thoughtful amenities. The outside sitting area was GREAT! My husband and I spent a lot of time sitting out there, talking and reconnecting. The ONLY two issues were the ceilings were low for my 6’4 husband and the stairs, because he’s disabled. But we made it work and we enjoyed our stay! The bed and couch are extremely comfortable. I’d recommend this place!

Booked this apartment for a Red Rocks concert. This place is very convenient if exploring around Denver. Just a 20 minute drive to Red Rocks and Golden. About an hour and a half from Estes Park. A lot of restaurants and breweries nearby. The apartment was very clean and provided most necessities and the host was very responsive.

My partner & I had a wonderful stay at Joe's apartment. The space was very clean, ample, and cozy. It's conveniently located close to a highway, so getting downtown was fast & easy. The private covered porch was a plus & street parking in front of the house was always available. We would definitely stay here again!
