My stay was good. Perfect spot. A few hiccups though. Description reports a fishing lake, but the property has no access. House smelled like urine, possibly from an animal and the road to the property could use so repairs or something. The more rain the worse the road got. Overall, I would stay again and refer others to stay here.

Nice house

We were not able to stay at the house. The drive leading to the house was nat passable with my elderly parents in the car. The property was very nice but unfortunately it did not work for us.

Nice size home but could use a cleaning

The house was comfortable and stocked with essentials however it was clear that top blankets were not cleaned between guest. The address was a little confusing but we found it after back tracking. No instructions on how to access the lakes but we didn't end up having time anyway

Great location

The house was as advertised. Very clean, lots of space for my kids to run around. It was a quiet area and very close to where we needed to be. The only complaint I have is about the road the house is on. Thankfully we all drive trucks or SUVs because it’s a dirt road with many potholes. Could be difficult to get down it in a car. Karin was great and oven let me back in the house after I forgot something

The property ( in side house) was clean with some hic-ups with the shower head face missing. The kitchen cook ware needs to be updated. The pots and pans were unmaintained and dishwasher was detached. I Did not bother to use it. The selling point for selecting the property was fishing in the lake, which there was no access to. That was misleading as far the advertisement. We were ready to leave after arriving since that was what we were looking forward to. The photos posted for the rest of the house was pretty accurate. I did keep in contact with the owner but nothing was resolved while there. After the issues get resolved it would be a pleasant place to spend a vacation.

Nice house, bad road and not well stocked.

The house was nice. However, not enough toilet paper and no paper towels. Dirty rugs, toilet was loose in master, kitchen cabinets sticky, dirty Kleenex in bed side table, no smoke detector, back door was unlocked when we got there. No fitted sheet on one bed. Mold on the hall shower curtain. Nice location except for the road. Reviews said it was bad, but it was horrible. We also did not have enough towels until I said something. 7 people for 4 days and we had 8 towels and had to wash them. It’s nice place for price, if you can deal with all the above. Road was the worst part.

Country Living

Overall our stay was great. Home is very clean and up to date. Rooms nice size except for one with bunk beds (very small). Very comfortable beds. Please note in "description" home is located on dirt road. Road is full of pot holes and it rained while we were there and it looked like we had gone "muddin" (fortunately we were in a truck) not sure how a car would have done with the muddy drive. Also, if you plan on cooking while visiting, be sure and bring all your own spices, plastic wrap, foil, coffee filters, creamer, etc. as there were none at the house. We also had to buy soap for the laundry as none was supplied. Overall except for the things mentioned, the stay was pleasant and we enjoyed are time with family. I would give a 4.25 star rating.
