Take it easy at this unique and tranquil Creole
Cottage in Historic Algiers Point. Built in the
early 1800's this little 350 sqft home is one of only a few that survived the fire of 1895. The quiet
neighborhood of Algiers Point is the second
oldest neighborhood in New Orleans; the
oldest being the French Quarter. Much like
Paris, the city of New Orleans was designed to
straddle either side of their grand rivers.
Algiers Point is a beautiful, walkable
neighborhood that is an easy 15 minute ferry
ride to the French Quarter.

Great

I had a great stay here. The home absolutely matches the pictures in the listing, and everything was quite comfortable. Kelly was very responsive and answered all my questions. It's a short walk to the ferry, but there are a couple nice cafes and restaurant in the area when you want to stay on this side of the river. Next time I'm in New Orleans, I'll check if this place is available.
