Very safe and quiet with close Proximity to LSU, Baton Rouge and New Orleans. A piece of paradise with spectacular sun rise and sunsets from the back yard or balcony. Open floor plan for easy entertaining with the whole family.
All bedrooms have Smart TV's with luxury mattress for a great night sleep.

Any gathering of anyone other than guest listed must be approved prior to arrival. No loud music or noises allowed. No smoking or vaping if any sort inside of the property.
