My family and I moved to Arlington area about 8 years ago and lived in this house for 4 years. Because we love the area so much we just moved down the street from here, to raise our two kids, Sophia and Dylan.
Why they chose this property
The house has a beautiful large backyard with a playground for the little ones. The location is near grocery store and restaurants along Columbia Pike Street. Also, the house is about 15 minutes away form DCA airport.
What makes this property unique
Large back yard and seating area. Beautiful playground for the little ones to play and keep them busy.
Also, there is a pool table in the downstair area that converts into a ping - pong table.
